We diversify and stabilise our clients' portfolios with shareholding offers.
Closed-end real estate funds with holdings of differing sizes represent one example of selected offers. We secure our clients’ investment goals with the support of established local partners. Upon request, we provide our clients with individual financing concepts for all types of real estate investments.
The tax-transparent Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), which are new in Germany, represent an attractive expansion of real estate investment opportunities. It is likely that now private investors too can quickly and flexibly adapt the real estate component in their portfolios to suit their individual investment needs.
