To Shareholders

A proposal shall be made to the Annual General Meeting that a resolution be passed to the effect that the unappropriated profit totalling € 192 million be used to distribute a dividend of € 70 million (10% of the share capital of € 700 million) to the limited liability shareholders, and the remaining € 122 million be carried over.
