2) Independent Austrian public limited company (AG) since March 2006.

3) Sal. Oppenheim International S.A.’s stake as at 31 December 2006 stood at 24.9%, and 6% as at 5 January 2007. The Bank ceased to hold a direct interest as of 7 November 2006.

4) The Group holds a total stake of 90.78% in Financière Atlas S.A..

5) Integrated Asset Management plc. holds a 50.1% stake in Attica Holdings (UK) Limited.

6) The Group holds a total 89.84% stake in Bank Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. (Schweiz) AG.
